Micromation Inc. is a privately held company who specializes in Information Technology (IT) cost management and has been in business since 1998. Micromation was incorporated under the laws of Ontario in 1999. 

Micromation is an expert in TCO total cost of ownership, base-lining, compliance, ITIL® (“ITIL® is a Registered Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom and other countries”) best practice & process maturity assessments, User profiling, improvement program development, cost/benefit analysis and business case, activity based costing, charge back, program management, process improvements, project management, asset management, RFP development, key performance indicator measurements, IT balanced score cards, and follow-on measurements & monitoring.

Micromation’s business model makes extensive use of Independent Consultants through formal subcontractor relationships, taking advantage of scalable project staffing with a virtual bench of seasoned professionals. Micromation has effectively managed subcontractors on a number of commercial projects.
